Return & Exchange Policy

At Nagaloka Art Gallery, we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site. If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e.

You are completely protected. Nagaloka Art Gallery offers a 7 day return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy for all such items:

  • Wrong Items
  • Wrong Color
  • Wrong Quantity
  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Significantly different from the description given by the Nagaloka Art Gallery

Note: Returns not applicable on Books & Accessories.

We will also not be able to accept the return if product:We will also not be able to accept the return if product:

  • Is used/worn or altered
  • Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Is returned without original packaging and accessories
  • Serial Number is tampered.

How do I return a product?

To initiate a Return and Exchange Order Please contact us.

How will I receive my refund?

In case of prepaid returns, the amount will be credited back into your account within 5-7 working days after the product has passed the quality check process after receiving product in our warehouse. However, in case of COD returns, the refund can take upto 7-10 days since the refund is routed through cheque /NEFT/Bank Transfer.

If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please  contact us  within 24 hours of receiving the order.
