1. Refund/Return policy is not applicable on certain products. Read product description for details before purchase.

2. Products other than apparel category will be refunded only in case of damage or artwork completely different from ordered one.

3. Products claiming refund must be returned in same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back.

4. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.

5. All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact.

6. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.

7. Refund (in case cancel order before shipped) 5% deduct money of total amount.

8. To Self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it via speed post to the address me.

9. Damages and wrong size item replacement available. Replace only fresh item.

10. Re-ship in case returned order – fee applicable as shipping charges again.

11. Refund in case returned order – no refund shipping charge.
